Selling is NOT Swearing.
“I’ve been in rooms where I could get away with saying the F word more than the sales word!” – Alison Edgar So many people are afraid to sell because they don’t want to come across pushy, but you only come across that way when you don’t know how to sell. The reality is, if you don’t sell you don’t have a business. Whether you are a StartUp, experienced business owner, or employee, at some point in your career you will need to sell. You will learn 4 key pillars of sales; behaviours, process, strategy and confidence. These 4 things apply to all selling situations, whether you’re pitching to a panel, bidding for a project, or selling a physical product. You need to learn how to sell. When delivered correctly, sales and customer service are exactly the same thing. Selling is NOT swearing!
